Incorporated in 1992 the company, has for over a decade, helped corporates meet the challenges of a globalised and liberalized economic environment.

The registered office of the company is in Mumbai with a representative office at Delhi. Its day to day operations are monitored by, director Mr. Shailesh Gavde in Mumbai and Mr. Ayush Agarwal in Delhi. Mr. Gavde and Mr. Agarwal are both qualified engineers and management graduates and are in turn assisted by a team of professionals and associates in Mumbai.

GFPL has a valid Certificate of Registration No. B- 13.01569 issued by the Reserve Bank of India under section 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.

The company or its directors are members of 'Maharashtra Economic Development Council' (MEDC), 'Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture' (MACCIA), and 'Thane Small Scale Industries Association'  (TSSIA).
