GAVDE FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED (GFPL) is a RBI registered Non-banking Finance Company (NBFC), focused on providing Financial Services to Corporates & SMEs and Finance to SMEs.
Incorporated in 1992 the company, has a valid Certificate of Registration No. B- 13.01569 issued by the Reserve Bank of India under section 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. However, the RBI does not accept any responsibility or guarantee about the present position as to the financial soundness of the company or for the correctness of any of the statements or representations made or opinions expressed by the company and for repayment of deposits / discharge of liabilities by the company.
The registered office of the company is in Mumbai, its day to day operations are monitored by director, Mr. Shailesh Gavde. Mr. Gavde is a qualified engineer and a management graduate and is in turn assisted by a team of professionals and associates in Mumbai.
The company is member of ‘Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce Industry & Agriculture’ (MACCIA), ‘Maharashtra Economic Development Council’ (MEDC), ‘Bombay Small Entrepreneurs Association’ (BSEA), ‘Thane Small Scale Industries Association’ (TSSIA).
The Company and its group entity have partnered with M/s. Axis Finance Limited and Bank of Maharashtra respectively to expand its offerings.
